In the role of Accountant IV, you'll play a pivotal part in maintain company book of accounts by preparing, collecting, and analyzing accounting data to communicate financial information to internal and external customers. This position contributes to our vision by:
• Identifies and resolves complex financial issues as Accounting Key User;
• Performs financial reporting to headquarters and local management;
• Performs and oversees balance sheet account reconciliation;
• Focal to support SSC and resolve ERP issues concerning AR, AP and Fixed Assets;
• Supports payroll postings;
• Provides financial guidance and recommendations to management, customers, and employees;
• Assists with external and internal financial audits and special projects;
• Analyzes and interprets financial data for the purpose of developing appropriate accounting and financial policies;
• Coordinates and reviews basic accounting functions;
• Assists with non-financial reporting to headquarters;

Candidate skills & requirements

Education and/or Experience
• Requires a bachelor's degree in the field of Accounting or Finance and 8+ years of experience in accounting. Prefers 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge/Skills
• Ability to work with other team members to achieve desired results - Expert
• Requires proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Power BI) - Expert
• Must possess the ability to run and analyze accounting reports and data - Expert
• Knowledge of ERP system required (SAP preferred) - Advanced
• Organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines - Expert
• Ability to coordinate and direct work activities across finance functions - Advanced
