Accounting Center Analyst

This specialty insurance company is looking for a mid level analyst to join the team as a SME for Workday's financial systems, Prism & Accounting Center. This role will execute the day-to-day activities of a Workday Reporting Consultant. They should provide deep knowledge of current functionality, design concepts, touchpoints with relevant functional areas and in consideration of future product direction. This analyst will work to develop solutions, reports, dashboards, and analytics to align with customer requirements. An ideal candidate has experience with Prism/Accounting Center, creating customized reports, an understanding of financial/accounting process, and the ability to present to executive level leadership.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years in an Analytical role focused on configuration, reporting, & system requirements
Strong understanding of Prism/Accounting Center as it pertains to functions in Workday
Ability to do graphical interfaces, debugging, staging tables, generate reports
Understanding of SQL
Excellent communication skills to present reporting and updates to executive level leadership
Accounting and finance expertise to display downstream knowledge of financial applications
