Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sets up account for, and log advance deposits. Post all charges, rebates, etc

Follows up and makes calls for outstanding accounts

Prepares estimates for credit card pre-arrival deposits one week in advance for groups

Maintains filing system for future groups, groups billed and groups paid.

Performs credit checks to establish direct billing accounts utilizing Hotel Credit Association services. Presents information obtained to General Manager who will make credit determination.

Contacts clients with past due accounts, to determine when payment will be made while maintaining an accurate collection log

Conducts biweekly credit meetings to review overdue/direct billing accounts and keep management informed of problem accounts in coordination with the Assistant Director of Finance

Maintains complete knowledge of property management system and manual procedures related to the F&B Dept.

Assist the Accounting team with ensuring all F&B comps are recorded correctly to the financial statement daily.

Assist the Accounting team with ensuring all F&B related revenue including Banquet & Catering is posted timely.

Participate in all month end inventory counts including the verification of inventory pricing ties to recent invoices.

Assists with all credit card inquiries and disputes.

Learns, understands, and refers to the Concord Operating Procedures (COP).

Follows safety and security procedures and rules.

Each associate will be required to follow the rules as found in the Concord Hospitality Associate Handbook.

Pay Range: $63,713.32 - $79,641.65 annually, depending on experience
