Accounts Payable Associate

Volt is immediately hiring Remote Accounts Payable Associates in Norcross, GA.

As a Remote Accounts Payable Associate, you will:

• Be responsible for managing and processing all invoices received for payment and for undertaking the payment of all creditors in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner
• Review and verify invoices and check requests.
• Sort, code, and match invoices.
• Set invoices up for payment.
• Enter and upload invoices into the system.
• Performs various clerical duties (i.e. make copies, file documents)
• Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures

This is 4 Month Contract opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have:

• High School diploma or GED
• Problem-Solving Abilities: Handling discrepancies and resolving issues
• High level of attention to detail
• Eexcellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
