Title: Accounts Payable Clerk

Location: San Rafael (5 days/week onsite)

Pay: $28 - $ 30 / Hour

Responsibilities:

• Invoice Intake and Data Entry: Classify, scan, and input invoices into the accounting system.
• Invoice Verification: Match invoices to purchase orders and tags, validating quantities, pricing, and materials.
• Coding and Allocation: Assign accurate codes and allocate invoice costs appropriately.
• Invoice Approval and Payment: Process and approve invoices, ensuring timely discounts and payments.
• Invoice Reconciliation: Research and resolve invoice discrepancies, reconcile vendor statements, and manage aging reports.
• Credit Card and Vendor Management: Process credit card payments, address vendor inquiries, and monitor account holds.
• Reporting and Analysis: Prepare financial reports and spreadsheets as needed.
• Month-End Closure: Ensure timely and accurate invoice processing to meet month-end deadlines.
• Mail Processing: Handle incoming financial mail.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to optimize invoice processing efficiency.
