Accounts Receivable Clerk

RemX is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join the team in Phoenix, AZ area!

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Driver Check-In Route processing: verify proof of delivery, apply payments & deposit,
  work with warehouse to resolve product credit discrepancies, and work with driver
  Supervisors to resolve driver under collects
• Post & deposit miscellaneous check payments (Will Calls, DWS, Warehouses etc)
• Prepare Daily Deposit
• Print product credit memos, verify to logs and file
• Enter Fintech invoices in EDI for next day payment
• Perform other work related duties and special projects as needed

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year retail or other job experience related to payment application(s)
• Basic math skills
• General understanding of debits & credits
• Experience with Excel, Word and Outlook
• Ten Key (speed & accuracy)
• Detailed and organized
• Good communication skills to work with diverse group of individuals (drivers, customers, coworkers and other departments)
• Read, write and count, to accurately complete job duties and documentation
• Ability to operate equipment necessary to perform job (computer, phone etc)
• Prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment and within time constraints
• Ability to perform job duties with minimal Supervision
