Insight Global is seeking a skilled Workplace CDS Operations Specialist to join a leading global engineering and professional services company. As part of the Americas Operations team, this role will focus on providing expert-level support (tier 3 and above) for Exchange servers and Active Directory. The successful candidate will collaborate with a managed service partner handling tier 2 support, addressing escalated issues that require advanced troubleshooting and maintenance. Utilizing a ticketing system, they will efficiently resolve complex problems. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of both on-premises Exchange and Office 365, along with strong problem-solving skills and experience in enterprise-level Active Directory management. This fully remote position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage expertise in a dynamic, global environment. Initially a 6-month contract, the role has potential for conversion to a full-time position, making it an excellent opportunity for those looking to contribute to critical IT operations in a long-term capacity.

Required Skills & Experience
- 4-6 years of hands on experience of Active Directory troubleshooting
- 4-6 years of hands on experience of Exchange troubleshooting
- Strong understanding with Active Directory architecture, components, including domain controllers, DNS and AD Sites and Services
- Ability to create user accounts, group policy assignments, security permissions, replication, trusts and domain migration processes
- Group Policy management: configuration and troubleshooting
- Hands on experience administering and supporting Exchange (2010-2019) and Exchange Online
- Strong Powershell experience
- Strong comprehension of Email security and protection: SPF, DKIM, DMARC
- Experience working in a large/global enterprise environment
- Experience working in an ITIL aligned organization.
- Understanding of email routing and mail flow concepts in a hybrid Exchange enviornment and configure connectors, transport rules and message tracking

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience with SCCM, Intune or MDM
- Familiar with Cisco enterprise Secure email
- Bilingual
