Quaint, 37 bed facility conveniently located off routes 309 and 80 outside Hazleton City limits. Take the scenic route to personalized, resident centered care. Kadima at Luzerne is looking for an Activities Director to enrich our residents lives through strong and diverse activities programming. We would love to have you on our dynamic, family-centered team.

Preferred qualifications: Possess or be able to obtain an APC (Activities Professional Certified) or ADC (Activities Director Certified) certification through NCCAP at: or have a certified occupational therapist certificate.
