An employer is looking for a Business Admin or Admin Assistant in Redmond, WA. This person must be great with supporting two calendars at a time as well as some team support. They must be comfortable going onsite in Redmond 1-2 days a week. This person must have great communication and be able to ramp up quickly in a new space.

* Purpose of the Team: Performs a variety of complex administrative functions for all levels of management including external business partners. Manages schedule(s), coordinates travel arrangements and processes business expenses.

* Key projects: One of the projects is to have interims coming in, which is a big deal for our admins working with them and onboarding the. We will also have large event coming up, so our vendors will be helping with all that.

* Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: 10% managing one of our lead's calendars dealing with scheduling and figuring out that person's calendar. 50% dealing with the team and team support, like reaching out with different questions ad when they are in office resupply any of the items in the office, do walkthroughs and ensure our neighborhoods are set up they wany they need to be set up; they will also be working on setting up events for the teams they will be supporting, (they will be supporting our team and other teams). They will have to approve expense report, every other week. 20% they will be to ask to pull reports and track PCN's and space information, and the last 20% will be onboarding either new hires or interns.

Required Skills & Experience

5-7 Years of experience

Experience supporting two calendars at once, as well as some team support

Excellent communication and coordination skills

5+ years of experience with Microsoft tools Excel, office Outlook, Power-point.

5+ years of experience with an administrative role

5+ years experience with Calendaring and scheduling

Able to go onsite 1-2 days a week

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Previous experience working at Microsoft in any capacity to have working experience with internal Microsoft tools
