Job Summary:

The Front Desk Receptionist will manage the lobby area and provide positive first impressions along with welcoming staff, faculty, visitors, and patients. This position calls for a dynamic self-starter who is eager to thrive in a challenging environment and deeply passionate about providing high-quality administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet, welcome and direct all visitors including students, faculty, staff, patients, vendors and clients as soon as they arrive.
  • Answer in-person, phone, and email inquiries.
  • Provide directional guidance to locations within the building and across campus.
  • Keeps a safe and clean reception and lobby area.
  • Review daily events within the building, confirm with other Facilities group the rooms are ready for the event. Answer common questions and know where to gain information for guests.
  • Assist with tours of the Eisenhower Suite


Work Location:

Onsite - this role is expected to work onsite and is located in Aurora, Colorado.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • One (1) year of customer service experience
  • High School Diploma OR Equivalent work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual
  • 2 years of customer service experience.

Anticipated Pay Range:

The starting salary for this position has been established as $41,100.

The above hiring range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.

This position is eligible for overtime compensation.
