Responsibilities:
  • Completes, organizes, and coordinates data, information, and activities that ensure operational & financial compliance.
  • Accounts Payable processes, issuing customer credit, key account reconciliation, compiling and managing information, filing, data entry, answering emails and phone calls.
  • May require specific knowledge of functional processes, procedures, products, policies, and programs.
  • Must be responsive to internal and external customer needs.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, quality, environmental awareness, and continuous process improvement.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.


Daily skills needed include:
  • Understanding of computer system
  • Working with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Clear communication via emails
  • Scanning paperwork into a database system
  • Verifying system information is correct
