Flint Hills Resources is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant in our Operations team in our Pipelines & Terminals group in Rosemount, MN. This individual will be a key team member in the day-to-day support of our operations group.
Our Team
This position will report to our Compliance Director who is based in Rosemount, MN. You will be primarily supporting a locally based organization of approximately 40 individuals at an office complex. You will also routinely interface with our other locations throughout the business across a multi-state region. We are looking for candidates who want to create long term value, who are not afraid to challenge the status quo, who can make complex be simple, and who want to find fulfillment in what they do.

What You Will Do
- Provide basic administrative support for ~30-40 employees in the local office
- Coordinate company-sponsored functions
- Assist with the procurement process (creating purchase requisitions, receiving material, and handling invoices)
- Procure basic office supplies
- Coordinate new hire onboarding needs
- Managing pool car fleet of 8 vehicles
- Support the administration of health & safety and compliance management systems
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- One (1) year or more of experience in an administrative position
- Ability to travel - limited, <5>
- A valid US Drivers License

- Associate degree in business or a related field
- Five (5) years or more of administrative experience in an office environment
