The North Dakota State Park and Recreation Department, Bismarck Office, is currently looking for a motivated, hardworking individual that is excited about working in an environment helping others create lifelong memories with friends and family. This position is responsible for the operations of the front desk and works closely with field operations and human resources on projects that are time sensitive.

Daily duties include retail sales for annual licenses, answering questions on camping reservations, and provide administrative support for office operations and regional managers. This will also include processing of incoming and outgoing mail, preparation of correspondence and reports, maintain inventories, office supplies, uniforms, and promotional materials along with maintaining office fleet vehicles. It requires a dependable, organized person who can pleasantly work with and communicate to internal and external customers.

Minimum Qualifications

Two years of experience performing a variety of office support, clerical, or secretarial work
