Insight Global is looking for a sharp Administrative Assistant to join a home health healthcare provider sitting onsite in Akron, Ohio. In this position, the Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to affiliate pharmacy management while managing time, information, and communications reliably and professionally using sound judgment. In addition to this, the Administrative Assistant will balance conflicting priority duties and maintain excellent working relationships with employees and leadership at all levels.

This is a full-time, permanent role with competitive compensation starting at $18/hr and offers options for benefits.

Required Skills & Experience
- Ohio Board of Pharmacy Technician License (Registered or Certified)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a pharmacy or medical administrative supporting role or similar role
- Ability to perform analysis of numerical data involving the use of mathematical formulas as well as routine tabulation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Experience running payroll, AR, or AP

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Knowledge of payroll and accounting practices
