The administrative role would consist of the following responsibilities:

Job Duties

Provide support to ensure efficient operation the office or department. Perform various administrative and clerical tasks, such as managing correspondence, Onboarding, Payroll, Client Guidelines, Invoicing, Employee Updates and Travel Arrangements.
  • On-boarding new hires (Bullhorn program). Responsible for facilitating the onboarding process for new employees. They coordinate all aspects of new hire orientation, including paperwork, training, and introductions to company policies and culture. New Hire Coordinators work closely with HR, hiring managers, and various departments to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
    • Prepare and distribute new hire paperwork, including employment contracts and benefits forms.
    • Collect and review new hire documentation for accuracy and completeness.
    • Assist new employees with completing required forms and documents.
    • Coordinate training sessions and resources for new hires.
    • Introduce new employees to company policies, procedures, and culture.
    • Serve as a point of contact for new hires, addressing questions and concerns.
    • Liaise with HR, hiring managers, and other departments to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

  • Weekly Payroll and Billing. Responsible for processing payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant client guidelines. May also handle issues related to employee compensation, benefits, and timekeeping.

    • Maintain accurate records of employee hours, salaries, and deductions.
    • Prepare and distribute payroll reports.
    • Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve payroll-related problems.
