Responsibilities:

• Assist the QRC in all zero percent, quarterly, and critical project review meetings and follow-ups. (Water and Transportation groups).

Assist the QRC in all conformance review meetings and follow-ups.

• Support and follow up with the New England team on the control of documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Assist the QRC to develop new process and procedures for the New England offices.

Assist and support the development and implementation of the organizations Quality Management System (QMS).

Assist the Project Managers in the development of project plans, including Project Management Plans (PMP), Quality Management Plans (QMP), and Risk Management Plans (RMP).

Aid Project Managers in identifying best practices for their projects upon request.

Assist the Quality Records Coordinator (QRC) in the proper scheduling and completion of Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) activities through the department's use of the Quality Management Information System (QMIS)

Support the QRC in updating local department processes to facilitate the implementation of Quality Management System (QMS) requirements, including the information Lifecycle Governance (ILG).

Help Project Managers who need assistance in correctly implementing Quality Management System (QMS) and local department process requirements.

Assist in addressing staff inquiries or issues related to policies and procedures associated with the organization's QMS.

Support the QRC in identifying local opportunities for training and improvement by monitoring loss trends due to quality-related issues.

Perform other duties as needed.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree in a closely related field or combination of education and relevant experience

• A minimum of 1 years related experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

• An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must

• Bachelor's degree preferred
