Job Summary-

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Architect with 10 to 13 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in AEM support engineering system engineering frontend backend and authoring. Experience in Life and Annuities Insurance is a plus. The candidate will play a crucial role in designing and implementing technology solutions that align with our business goals.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of AEM solutions to meet business requirements.

Oversee the development and maintenance of AEM components and templates.

Provide technical guidance and support to the development team.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.

Ensure the scalability and performance of AEM applications.

Develop and maintain AEM workflows and integrations.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AEM.

Implement best practices for AEM development and deployment.

Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.

Provide training and support to AEM authors and users.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Monitor and optimize the performance of AEM applications.

Stay updated with the latest AEM features and technologies.

Qualifications

Possess a strong background in AEM support engineering system engineering frontend backend and authoring.

Demonstrate experience in designing and implementing AEM solutions.

Exhibit proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving AEM-related issues.

Show expertise in developing and maintaining AEM components and templates.

Have a good understanding of AEM workflows and integrations.

Display knowledge of best practices for AEM development and deployment.

Experience in Life and Annuities Insurance is a plus.

Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Show ability to provide technical guidance and support to the development team.

Demonstrate capability to conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards.

Exhibit skills in monitoring and optimizing AEM application performance.

Stay updated with the latest AEM features and technologies.

Provide training and support to AEM authors and users.

Certifications Required

Adobe Certified Expert - Adobe Experience Manager Sites Adobe Certified Master - Adobe Expert

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $100,000/Year to $130,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.

The salary range for this role is between 110-130k annually.
