Job description

We are seeking an experienced Power Automate lead to spearhead our automation initiatives using Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and implementing automated workflows and processes, with a focus on Power Automate. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, design solutions, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.

Key responsibilities:

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• 7+yrs of exp. Lead the design, development, and deployment of automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate and RPA.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand automation needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Develop, test, and implement automated workflows, ensuring they meet quality and performance standards.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of Power Automate developers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automate workflow and integrations
• Maintain documentation of automation process, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides
• Stay updated with the latest developments in power automate and related technologies and implement best practices.
• Work closely with IT and other departments to ensure successful integration of automation solutions.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders to promote the adoption of automated process.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Power Automate lead or in a similar role with a strong portfolio of automation projects.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps and Power BI.
• Strong understanding of API integration and data connectors.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Agile Methodologies
• Relevant Microsoft certifications are preferred.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
