As the After-Sales Dealer Development Manager for YANMAR, you will be at the forefront of fostering a robust after-sales experience for our customers and ensuring the profitability of service and parts departments within our dealer network. This multifaceted role encompasses implementing a comprehensive after-sales dealer program, conducting training sessions, and facilitating effective communication between internal teams and our dealer channel. The successful candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a deep understanding of dealership operations, and the ability to build strong partnerships. Occasional travel may be required to support new Regional Distribution Centers (RDCs) and dealers during their establishment phase.
Job Functions:
1. After-Sales Dealer Program:
a. Execute and monitor a strategic after-sales dealer program to foster growth and sustainability in service and parts departments.
b. Evaluate dealer performance, providing guidance and support for their success.
c. Collaborate with internal teams to implement incentives and recognition programs for top-performing dealers.
2. Dealer Training and Development:
a. Design and deliver training programs for new dealers, ensuring understanding and adherence to established after-sales processes.
b. Connect new parts and service employees with Yanmar training to enhance product knowledge and service capabilities.
c. Collaborate with internal teams to provide necessary training materials and resources for dealers.
3. Communication and Issue Resolution:
a. Act as a liaison between the dealer network and internal teams, effectively communicating dealer needs, concerns, and issues.
b. Proactively address challenges and conflicts with dealers, maintaining positive relationships.
c. Utilize various communication methods to ensure consistent and open lines of communication.

Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in after-sales support, preferably within the agricultural, outdoor power, construction, or automotive industry.
