Agency Recruiting and Development is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to deliver high priority projects aligned to corporate objectives and key deliverables. This role uses a defined methodology inclusive of managing the following project phases: Intake & Analysis, Design & Development, Implementation and Close. You will serve as liaison between technical and non-technical departments to effectively manage expectations, scope, schedules, contracts and budget to ensure milestones and requirements are met. You will partner closely with our business leads to help drive decisions, provide direction for the project team and keep direct leadership, stakeholders, and sponsors informed of project progress, change plans, risks and issues that may impact project scope and timeline. You will also define and execute change management and a communication strategy in collaboration with corporate communications for all projects. You may work directly with Portfolio Planning & Management or our Agency Operations portfolio management team. Additionally, you will manage/lead division-wide processes that impact both our internal and external audiences, inclusive of creating and managing SharePoint lists and dashboards through Power Apps.

This position offers a hybrid work schedule and is based out of our corporate offices in Bloomington, IL.

  • Creates, manages and executes project/program plans, including project requirements, estimates, scope, timeline, milestones and deliverables.
  • Builds strong working relationships with stakeholders, including team members, vendors/contractors, and business partners to aide in effective execution.
  • Ensures the establishment of scope and priorities and identifies and manages risks, issues and dependencies to achieve project objectives.
  • Manages and tracks budget and budget variance as well as project progress against project milestones and budget.
  • Monitors project progress and milestones and provides regular updates to stakeholders, including status reports and presentations.
