Job Title: AI Solutions Engineer (Hybrid - Irving, TX)

Experience: 8-12 years

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Gen AI Solutions Engineer with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in OpenAI GPT3.5 & 4, GitHub Copilot, GCP Gen AI code-bison, LLAMA 2, and Artificial Intelligence. This role involves designing and implementing cutting-edge AI solutions that drive innovation and efficiency within the organization.

Responsibilities:

Lead the design and implementation of AI-driven solutions using OpenAI GPT3.5 & 4 to enhance business processes.

Oversee the integration of GitHub Copilot to streamline code development and improve productivity.

Provide expertise in GCP Gen AI code-bison to develop scalable and efficient AI models.

Utilize LLAMA 2 to create advanced machine learning algorithms that solve complex problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI integration and innovation.

Ensure the robustness and scalability of AI solutions through rigorous testing and validation.

Develop and maintain documentation for AI models and systems to ensure knowledge transfer and continuity.

Mentor and guide junior team members in AI technologies and best practices.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning to continuously improve solutions.

Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality code standards.

Work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Drive the adoption of AI technologies across the organization to achieve strategic goals.

Monitor the performance of AI systems and make necessary adjustments to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications:

Possess a deep understanding of OpenAI GPT3.5 & 4 and their applications in real-world scenarios.

Demonstrate proficiency in using GitHub Copilot for efficient code development.

Have hands-on experience with GCP Gen AI code-bison for building scalable AI models.

Show expertise in LLAMA 2 for developing advanced machine learning algorithms.

Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Display excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Hold a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Certifications Required:

Certified Artificial Intelligence Practitioner (CAIP), Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is $115,000-$135,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
