Summary
As a trusted technical leader, you'll help guide the trajectory for the future, supporting management in crafting strategic roadmaps across all our Siri devices, prioritizing tasks aligned with objectives, and collaborating with leadership on decisions regarding scalable and sustainable architecture for pivotal projects through logic and experience, not just authority. You will also play an active part in attracting top talent. You'll foster a healthy culture and leverage it to help invest in nurturing our next-generation of technical leaders, blending technical expertise with strong communication skills.

Key Qualifications
10+ years of hands-on experience architecting, designing, and developing software products.
8+ years of experience in building, managing, and leading multiple highly skilled teams of engineers, including growing new engineering managers and leading leaders.
Prior experience delivering customer-facing software for consumer electronic devices
Proven ability to grow and guide an engineering organization through productive critique, evangelism, training, learning, and coaching.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience guiding strong results from organizations that span geographic boundaries.
Strong in Computer Science fundamentals, software engineering principles, and development methodologies.

Description
Responsibility of the role will include (but not limited to):
