AIML Data Operations is a fast paced, dynamic environment. In this role, you will lead Data Operations' Program Management Office (PMO).

The organization supports the Data operations organization in driving delivery of initiatives that drive program efficiency, quality and effectiveness to enable the current and growing scale

We are seeking an experienced Senior manager to lead a team of seasoned program management professionals, program administration and information management efforts.

Key Qualifications
10+ years of Program & Project management experience; Knowledge of core project & change management principles.
Demonstrated ability leading and managing diverse teams, with a proven track record in encouraging cross-organizational collaboration to achieve high-impact results.
Strong ability to synchronize initiatives with overarching Data Operations goals, underpinned by a deep understanding of the strategic implications of operational decisions.
Outstanding communications and superior keynote creation skills, to construct simple, concise and impactful messaging from complex topics, for an executive audience.
Very strong presenter, able to drive consensus across Data Operations Leadership and the broader team.
Comfortable navigating cross-functionally within a large organization.
Excellent in relationship building with a collaborative, positive demeanor and skilled at motivating teams.
Follows through on commitments exhibiting high degree of personal ownership and accountability.

Description
You will be responsible for driving the program structure for Global Operations that meets leadership expectations for operational improvement & continuity and timely reporting.
You will also partner with teams across Data Operations, with the goal of delivering high-quality results for efficient ongoing operations.
You will prioritize initiatives, manage project plans and recruit participants internally to deliver on project goals with clear result ownership.

The ideal candidate will be able to come up to speed on processes within Data Operations.
A strategic problem solver who can 'connect the dots' of the bigger picture, as well as the details of our program deliverables.
Self-motivated, driven individual who is comfortable working in a global, fast moving environment with the ability to work with multi-functional teams.

Education & Experience
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or related field.
