Position description:

As an Aircraft Maintenance Technician at Reynolds and Reynolds, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the upkeep of our corporate aircraft, specifically the Bombardier Global 6000 and Challenger 3500. Reporting directly to the Aviation Department Manager, your duties will include:

- Conducting routine maintenance tracking, inspections, and necessary repairs
- Handling warranty work, non-scheduled repairs, and engine maintenance
- Participating in flight department planning, budgeting, and administrative tasks
- Ensuring aircraft readiness for scheduled company trips with minimal schedule disruption
- Performing scheduled maintenance on aircraft systems and components as per FAA regulations, manufacturer recommendations, and the company manual/policies
- Maintaining accurate and compliant documentation of maintenance procedures

Requirements:
  • Proficient in Aircraft Maintenance Tracking software
  • Experience with Global 6000/6500 Vision and Challenger aircraft is preferred
  • Valid A and P license required; RII Certificate preferred
  • Must be willing to work flexible schedule to support flight schedules
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe software
  • Fluent in English, with excellent interpersonal skills for interactions with company executives
  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Ability to work in confined spaces, on ladders/stands, and lift up to 50 lbs during aircraft maintenance
  • Must be located or be willing to relocate to the Houston, Texas area
  • Travel required for training and conferences
  • Minimum 5 years of jet aircraft maintenance experience, with Bombardier experience required
