Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in Business Intelligence (BI) or data analytics.
• 2 years of experience in SQL and data visualization (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, or similar technologies).
• Experience in building presentations and briefing documents to communicate insights and influence decision-making.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience designing data models and building data warehouses.
• Experience designing and executing structured analyses, deriving business insights, and evaluating the impact of business decisions.
• Experience writing and maintaining Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) scripts, which operate on a variety of structured and unstructured sources.
• Experience working in technical data infrastructure developing, maintaining, and improving data infrastructure.
• Experience in working with global and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, quantitative reasoning, strategic, written and verbal communication, SQL, and relational database skills including queries, database definition, and schema design.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $93,000-$136,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support data workflows and scripts for operational and business impact data. Create new sets of queries to support business needs and optimize existing workflows. Design and enforce access controls.
• Work cross-functionally with partners in data, engineering, and go-to-market teams to identify data sources needed to support the business, align on key metrics, and ensure reporting is accurate and consistent across teams.
• Work closely with sales, channel, sales finance, sales operations leadership to push the business forward, problem-solve and identify opportunities.
• Develop visualizations based on user needs.
