Position Summary

Reporting to the Associate Director of Business Intelligence this position is responsible for delivering reports, dashboards, and other business intelligence solutions, as defined by the Associate Director of Business Intelligence that support the mission of the Division of Development and Alumni Relations. A person in this position primarily develops and maintains queries, selections, exports, and export definitions in the Blackbaud CRM database. This position also assists in developing & maintaining dashboards, visualizations, and reports. This position also occasionally facilitates training of query users within the Blackbaud CRM database. The position is responsible for assisting end-user support for the UGA fundraising system, GAIL-Giving and Alumni Information Link (Blackbaud CRM). This position involves troubleshooting, problem solving, collaboration, and the ability to work effectively with campus users and internal staff. Confidentiality is essential in dealing with alumni/donor records and sensitive information.
