Essential Functions:

  • Customer Engagement: Engage directly with customers to deeply understand their challenges, workflows, and objectives. Build strong relationships with customer teams to effectively collaborate and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Problem Solving: Apply problem-solving skills, creativity, and technical expertise to analyze data, identify patterns, and derive actionable insights that address customer needs.
  • Software Deployment: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including BI Data Engineers, Developers, Analysts and Data Scientists to deploy software solutions against complex problems.Ensure seamless integration of solutions into customer workflows and systems.
  • Data Analysis: Dive into large and complex datasets to extract meaningful insights and develop data-driven solutions. Utilize advanced analytics techniques to uncover hidden opportunities and optimize decision-making processes.
  • Product Development: Contribute to the product development process by providing valuable input on features, functionalities, and user experience enhancements based on customer feedback and insights gathered during deployments.
  • Impact Assessment: Evaluate the impact of deployed solutions on customer operations, performance metrics, and overall business outcomes. Continuously iterate and improve solutions based on feedback and performance analysis.
  • Internal: Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to share knowledge, best practices, and lessons learned from customer engagements. Contribute to the enhancement of internal processes and methodologies to drive efficiency and effectiveness.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or other related field.
  • 2-3 Years of Experience in Software Development or Analytics.
  • 1+ years of proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving performance issues within data analytics platforms, preferably Palantir Foundry or similar tools.
  • Demonstrated expertise in conducting performance assessments, root cause analysis, and solution design to optimize system performance.
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools and techniques, including workshop module and optimization within Palantir Foundry.
  • Experience in Python\SQL querying, data manipulation, and database performance tuning to extract and analyze large datasets efficiently.
  • Familiarity with data modeling concepts and techniques to design efficient and scalable data structures for analytics purposes.
  • Previous involvement in cross-functional collaboration with IT teams, business stakeholders, and senior leadership to address performance challenges and drive solutions.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing performance improvements within data analytics platforms, including testing, validation, and deployment of changes.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
  • Certified in at least one Data Platform and Analytics Tools such as Foundry Data Engineer & Foundry Application Developer within first year of employment.
  • Certification in at least one Epic module within the first year of employment.
  • Cogito Fundamentals within first year of employment.
