Job Description

Pay Range:
  • $860 - $1,500/week
  • $1,200 signing bonus

We offer our Service Technicians the support they need to provide exceptional customer service. We are a growing company, and we need another Service Technician to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Diagnosing and repairing household appliances in customer homes
  • Appliance installation
  • Utilize an iPad to document service calls and customer interactions
  • Provide cost estimates for repairs/installations, sell the job
  • Collect payment


Job Requirements:
  • Basic electrical and plumbing knowledge
  • Ability to use an iPad and navigate software
  • Ability to read schematics and use an ohm meter a plus
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team member
  • Valid Driver's License with clean record
  • Must provide own set of basic tools
  • Must be at least 18 years old


Physical Demands:
  • Ability to stand or kneel for periods of time
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
