This person will be responsible for supporting application changes utilizing the change management process. They will also assist in the execution of migrating applications to Azure cloud. This person will partner with technology teams to deliver on technology activities required for migrating each application. They will also modify, enhance and/or create solutions to meet business requirements, analyze proposed application designs and provide feedback on potential gaps, and review, plan, test and implement system upgrades and enhancements.

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of experience in application support
1+ year of banking experience / supporting bank applications
Experience with ITIL Change, Incident and Problem management processes
Documentation experience; specifically documentating application deficiencies, deviations, application flow diagrams, SCM plans
Experience with workflows, forms and/or reports
Familiar with Azure and public cloud service

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Azure certification
SQL query writing would be nice to have.
File integration experience would be nice to have
