Piper Companies is searching for an Application Support Specialist to work Onsite in Atlanta, GA for a global enterprise application services and support provider. The Application Support Specialist will handle end-to-end support processes, focusing on delivering high-quality service and effective communication.

Responsibilities of the Application Support Specialist include :

  • Monitor and manage ticket queues, triage requests, and resolve incidents
  • Create and manage tickets/tasks based on user requests
  • Provide prompt acknowledgment and updates to customers regarding their requests
  • Assess and prioritize incoming issues within the Service Cloud platform, considering urgency, severity, and complexity
  • Collect data, provide initial responses, and escalate issues to Tier 1-2 or product experts as needed

Qualifications for the Application Support Specialist include :

  • 2 years' experience in application support, with a focus on cloud services, HCM recruiting, or SaaS platforms
  • 2 years in a production support role with experience in triage, troubleshooting, and coordination on HRIS/ATS systems
  • Basic knowledge of HCM recruiting processes (e.g., Workday)
  • Proficiency with Service Cloud, CRM systems, and support ticketing systems
  • Understanding of IT systems and terminology

Compensation for the Application Support Specialist include :

  • Salary Range: $22.25 - $25.33 per hour (De pending on experience)
