Workday Application Support Specialist

Piper Companies is looking for a Workday Application Support Specialist to join a Fortune 100 technology company, providing platforms that help connect people around the world. This is a fully onsite job with locations to choose from including Fremont CA, Atlanta GA, Manhattan NYC, and Denver CO.

Essential Duties of the Workday Application Support Specialist:

• Monitor ticket queues, triage and resolve intake requests and identify incidents.
• Create tickets and tasks, when applicable, based on user request.
• Escalate to Tier 1-2 and/or product expert when necessary.

Qualifications of the Workday Application Support Specialist:

• 1+ years of experience in an application support role with triage and troubleshooting.
• Technical experience in Workday, Salesforce, HRIS, ATS, or CRM systems.
• Nice to have - Experience in Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, or human resources (HR). Specifically with benefits, payroll, compensation, etc.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related technical field

Compensation for the Workday Application Support Specialist:

• $45,000 - $58,000 (based on experience)
