SAIC is seeking an Army Training Development - Management Expert in Columbus, GA to support business development for training systems and training analysis programs. Remote position.
DUTIES:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelors and ten (10) years or more related experience; Masters and eight (8) years of experience. An additional four (4) years of experience may be considered in lieu of a bachelors.
PROBLEM COMPLEXITY: Develops solutions to complex problems, which require the regular use of ingenuity and innovation. Ensures solutions are consistent with organization objectives
FREEDOM TO ACT: Work is performed without appreciable direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining technical objectives of assignment. Completed work is reviewed from a relatively long-term perspective for desired results.
IMPACT: Effects of decisions are long lasting and heavily influence the future course of the organization. Errors in judgment or failure to achieve results would result in the expenditure of large amounts of company resources.
LIAISON: Serves as consultant to management and special external spokesperson for the organization on major matters pertaining to its policies, plans, and objectives.
Target salary range: $120,001 - $160,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.

- The candidate will work with the engineering development team to outline use cases for a digital training evaluation application.
- Contributes to the development of new concepts, techniques, and standards. Considered expert in field within the organization.
- Develops, directs, plans and evaluates training programs or activities to meet external customer or internal employee learning objectives.
- Assignments may include needs analysis, custom course development, development of criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of course objectives, and evaluation and learning assessments.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelors and ten (10) years or more related experience; Masters and eight (8) years of experience. An additional four (4) years of experience may be considered in lieu of a bachelors.
- Deep understanding of the Army's current and future training analytics requirements.
- Ability to communicate with Senior Army Leadership.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance
