Key Qualifications
Substantial knowledge of LPDDR memory and memory controller
General knowledge of DRAM interface calibration mechanism is a plus
Hands on experience in micro architecture definition, RTL coding, low power design and PPA analysis
Experience in chip development with proficiency in front-end tools and methodologies
Experience in multiple clock domains design
Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python is a plus

Description
As an ASIC Design and Integration Engineer, your responsibilities span various aspects of SOC design:

- Develop memory controller micro architecture and design specifications
- Design, implement and debug complex logic in SystemVerilog
- Support font-end integration activities e.g. CDC, Synthesis, low power flows
- Work with SOC team on subsystem integration
- Work with specialists from the Verification, Emulation, Software, Performance, Power, Physical Design teams etc

Education & Experience
Minimum of BS + 3 years relevant industry experience
