Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Coach to support our Head Coach in all aspects of team development and performance. The Assistant Coach will play a crucial role in planning and executing training sessions, analyzing game strategies, and providing on-ice and off-ice guidance to our players.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head Coach in developing and implementing practice plans and game strategies.
• Provide on-ice instruction and skill development sessions to enhance player performance.
• Analyze game footage and provide constructive feedback to players to facilitate improvement.
• Assist with scouting and recruitment efforts to identify talented prospects for the team.
• Support the Head Coach in managing team logistics and administrative tasks as needed.
• Coordinating and maintaining all matters related to player housing
• Responsible for player travel in and out to the team
• Player Immigration

Qualifications:

• Previous coaching experience at the junior, college, or pro hockey level or higher is preferred.
• Sound knowledge of hockey fundamentals, strategies, and tactics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with players, staff, and management.
• Dedication to player development and a passion for supporting athletes in reaching their full potential.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate team schedules and travel requirements.
