Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nursing (RN) License in good standing
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
• 3+ years of nursing experience, preferably in long-term care/skilled nursing.
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices

Preferred Experience:

• Prior supervisory experience in healthcare
• Long-term care and/or short-term acute care background
• Familiarity with dementia care
