THE ROLE:
We're currently seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to join our team as an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager. In this pivotal role, you'll collaborate closely with the Food & Beverage Manager to oversee all aspects of our dining establishments, ensuring exceptional service and unparalleled guest satisfaction.
As the Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, you'll have comprehensive oversight of the hotel's food and beverage areas, encompassing the restaurant, bar, in-room dining, food service, and potential event services. Your responsibilities will span scheduling, forecasting, and colleague training to uphold our luxury brand experience. Moreover, you'll ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and operational procedures while coordinating special events at the hotel. Strong communication, analytical skills, and experience in food and beverage cost control will be invaluable in this role.
SALARY RANGE:
The salary range for this position is $51,600 - $72,200. Actual pay will commensurate with experience.
