We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Taskforce Food & Beverage Manager to join our team on a temporary basis to assist our department and uphold our high standards of excellence.

THE ROLE:

As the Taskforce Food & Beverage Manager, you will assist the F&B team to oversee all aspects of our food and beverage operations on a temporary assignment. Your leadership will be instrumental in delivering exceptional dining experiences, managing staff, and driving the financial performance of our F&B division. This position is designed to assist the department temporarily and is not a permanent role.

RESPONSIBILITIES ( Include but are not limited to );

Oversee daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, room service, and banquets.

Ensure exceptional guest service by maintaining high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.

Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance the guest experience and drive revenue growth.

Manage, train, and mentor F&B staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Collaborate with the culinary team to create and update menus that reflect current trends and guest preferences.

Monitor and control inventory, costs, and waste to optimize financial performance.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.

Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to inform strategic decision-making.

SALARY:

The salary range for this position is $69,900 - $104,700. Actual pay will commensurate with experience.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in food and beverage management in a luxury hotel or restaurant setting.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple F&B outlets and leading large teams.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with POS systems.
  • Certification in food safety and sanitation is highly desirable.
