This summary describes the general nature of work to be performed and is not an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties and skills required of an incumbent in this position.

[MC1]Assuming this will be posted externally, you might elaborate on what topics sit within Performance

[MC2]Could this be more specific? e.g. Manage planning for multiple programs with overlapping timelines, including project management in Asana, monitoring progress and deadlines, proactively...etc.

[ME3]Would add additional bullet:

- Source, coordinate with and organize external vendors, including program facilitators, event production/creative agencies, venues, caterers, AV and others to ensure a seamless delivery of learning programs

[CM4]Might be redudant since it is referenced in the data analysis component.

[ME5]I'd keep this as I think it speaks to 360 ownership of the project mgmt piece of program delivery, where as the data piece is more about program content

[ME6]this feels a bit specific. Maybe change to "experiences that leverage adult learning frameworks and methodologies"

[ME7]Add bullet:

- Liaise with HR teams and global partners to enroll employees in the right learning programs for their roles, seniority and upskilling needs

[MC8]You might add a line on virtual program support

[MC9]Edited this to make ownership of analysis clearer
