Insight Global is looking for an Assistant Program Director in Burlington, NJ for the refugee work and residential programs. This APD will be responsible for oversight of the specific refugee shelter. This shelter has 16 residents. The APD needs to ensure the staff are operating correctly and providing the care and oversight needed for all residents. There are a total of 15 staff members at this shelter consisting of Senior Residential Counselors, Youth Care Workers, a Housekeeper, and an Administration Assistant. This person must have leadership experience within ORR and be comfortable enforcing policy, helping restructure the program, speaking with the children throughout the day checking in on them, overseeing payroll and ensuring five-star treatment for all staff and shelter members.

Required Skills & Experience

At least 3 years of leadership experience Examples: Lead Case Manager, Clinician, Director, Coordinator, Deputy, Lead Youth Care Worker
Bachelor's Degree
Bilingual Spanish and English
