Provides essential leadership and supervisory support for the Registrar's Office overseeing the areas of academic room scheduling, certification of military education benefits, and NCAA certification. Manages the storage, maintenance, and destruction of student records. This position serves as a subject matter expert for issues associated with the U.S. Departments of Veterans' Affairs [VA] and Department of Defense [DoD] providing oversight and submission of enrollment information and other required data to various entities.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven record of successful supervisory, management, and leadership experience.
- Demonstrated analytical ability to effectively interpret complex policies and procedures, collect, compile, and interpret student data, and report and make recommendations to campus-wide offices on policies and procedures.
- Demonstrated excellent organizational skills to establish priorities, delegate workloads, and manage multiple activities to meet the needs of a registrar's office and other offices campus-wide.
- Extensive experience using and supporting relational databases and report preparation applications.
- Project management experience designing and implementing systems to deliver essential services.
- Expertise in compliance and processes related to certifying military education benefits to include experience as a School Certifying Official (SCO).
- Knowledge of business processes related to class scheduling. Knowledge of state and federal regulations relating to records and archiving.
- Knowledge of and experience using Banner, military education portals, Ad Astra, Cognos or other reporting tools, Xtender, and NCAA Compliance Assistant.
