Job Summary:
Under the direction of the Chief Operating Officer, the Associate Administrator for Hospital Accreditation & Regulatory Affairs and is responsible for oversight and coordination of all accreditation efforts within the University Hospitals and affiliated outpatient care areas. Will also provide leadership and oversight to Policy management, ISO compliance, Environment Health and Safety, Data Coordinators. Oversees accreditation compliance activity for the Hospital.
Minimum Qualifications:
Masters degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, Nursing or related health care field required. Minimum of 7 years progressive management experience in a health care setting, to include experience with accreditation activities required. Demonstrated leadership, communication, analytical and written/oral communication skills required.
Preferred Qualifications:
In depth knowledge of compliance and accreditation and healthcare regulations. In depth knowledge of UH operations and implication on Accreditation. Clinical background preferred.
Work Days:
Monday to Friday, days - predominately onsite
