Job Summary:

  • Aid in the implementation of Lockton’s training programs including scheduling, organizing logistics, and coordination of subject matter experts (internal and external).
  • Provide entry level soft-skills training to new and existing Associates, as needed.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness through collection of feedback, analyzation of performance metrics and providing data to key stakeholders.
  • Support career development by advising Associates on training options, providing viable resources, and assisting with career mapping and other developmental opportunities.
  • Serve as a liaison between leaders and Associates to promote learning and engagement events in each respective office.
  • Conduct weekly New Hire Onboarding presentations and serve as an Onboarding Advocate for supervisors and new hires.
  • Assist with the Summer Internship Program including coordination, scheduling, and oversight of activities.
  • Coordination and support of Series-specific events including State of the Company, volunteer activities, and recruiting functions.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree relating to Training and Development and/or Organizational Development (preferred).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of Associates, leaders, and external partners.
  • Comfortable speaking to audiences of all sizes and personalities.
  • Exemplary presentation skills (preparation and execution), including professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook)
  • Fundamental understanding of learning principles (a plus).
  • Working knowledge of the Clifton Strengths platform and program (preferred).
  • Strong team player with the ability to share responsibilities and promote a team environment amongst departments and locations.
  • Ability to be flexible in a dynamic, fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Must be able to prioritize a heavy workload with effective organizational and time management skills.
