About you
Who you are is just as important as (if not more important than!) what you can do.
  • A project manager to the core, you have superior project management skills for high volume tasks, love to set up, run, and optimize operations.
  • You bring experience and expertise execution of digital, social (organic and paid) social media, TVC and OOH marketing campaigns inclusive of the creation of film, motion and static asset development.
  • You thrive in the fast-paced, ad agency environment and have fun making things happen.
  • You are a self-starting multi-tasker who can handle the pressure of several large and small assignments at once and at high speed.
  • You are curious, creative, solution-focused, lead with positivity and fosters a spirit of healthy debate and dialog in service of the work
  • You demonstrate strong supervisory, delegation, and escalation judgement skills.


About the role
Like you, this job is multidimensional. And every aspect is crucial to creating culturally relevant work.
  • Collaborate with PMO Leadership to foster an environment for a high performing team through advising, training and proactively collaborates with PMO on leading project workflow and process optimizations across the project management team.
  • Creates and maintains respectful and strong working relationships with internal team members, external clients, and client partners when appropriate.
  • Leading and taking ownership of agreed-upon initiatives while actively managing projects.
  • Mentor and supervise a team of direct reports, working together to set goals, training them to ensure best practices are followed.
  • Develops project timeline and plan to ensure creative is able to be concepted, produced, and delivered on time to the highest quality.
  • Partners with Department Leads to align appropriate resources to the work, ensuring they are available and present at the appropriate times throughout project lifecycles.
  • Efficiently manages and communicates initiative and/or project milestones throughout the lifecycle.
  • Proactively mitigates risks and manages them to resolution while elevating to key stakeholders appropriately.
  • Comfortably adapts to changes from inception to delivery of projects.
  • Coordinates with third-party partners to ensure specs or other project details are clear and comprehensive.
  • Manages required project documentation and assets.
  • Leads project-related meetings with efficiency and ensures clear next steps/actions and deadlines are identified and communicated.
  • Champions agency project management software, ensures adherence by all team members, and maintains the upkeep.


About the requirements
You've got to check the boxes before you can think outside of them.
  • Must have 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, and 8+ years of successful implementation and management of ongoing digital, social and traditional marketing projects.
  • Experience with Workfront or a similar project management platform.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office apps.
  • Expert knowledge of paid media plans and identifying specs/placements.
  • Expert knowledge of organic social and latest trends and platforms.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit; excited to help build a best-in-class PMO.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Role model in collaboration, flexibility and diplomacy.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Passionate, positive, and solution-oriented.
  • Able to work in a hybrid environment 2-3 days at the Plano, TX office and the other days optional remote.
