Associate Director, Software Engineer

We're looking for an Associate Director, Software Engineer to:

• Design and implement technology solutions that will solve business problems and strengthen our position as digital leaders in financial services.
• Leverage the latest technologies to provide the best user experience.
• Design, plan and deliver resilient solutions using various programming languages like Python/Java.
• Design and architect modular and reusable development frameworks.
• Define and own the automation test strategy and test automation framework.
• Collaborate with agile feature teams to deliver a jointly owned set of automation test cases.
• Develop and promote best practices in test automation and ensure their adoption among all teams.
• Develop a set of metrics for automation testing for each release, and define and produce status reports for the management.
• Establish and evolve formal QA processes, ensuring that the team is using industry-accepted best practices.
• Develop and execute unit test cases, scripts, plans and procedures (manual and automated).

Your expertise

• This position requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field of study and ten (10) years of experience in the job offered or as a Technical Test Lead, Test Analyst, Test Engineer, or a related occupation.

• Position requires experience with the following:
• Coding in Java & Python
• Building procedure and function in Oracle
• Writing shell scripts in Linux
• Writing SQL queries
• Using cloud to build CICD pipelines and test automation
• Selenium Web Driver
• Cucumber
• TestNG
• Maven
• API testing using SOAP UI
• Postman
• Rest assured
