As an Associate Governmental Program Analyst you will have the opportunity to:
- Provide a broad range of administrative and technical support to EPMB, including data analysis and reporting, maintaining and updating program webpages, and SharePoint sites
- Ensure that program documents comply with the requirements of the American Disability Act
- Research and prepare reports related to inquiries from DTSC's Board of Environmental Safety (BES)
- Coordinate, communicate, and collaborate with staff from DTSC and California Environmental Protection Agency Boards, Departments, and Offices (BDOs), as needed
- Research and analyze various processes, documents and databases including, but not limited to, state and federal documents, reports, flow charts, EnviroStor and Hazardous Waste Tracking System (HWTS) databases, current practices, new strategies, and procedures to report on key inspection and enforcement performance indicators and workload standards
Desirable Qualifications We Look For:
- Ability to analyze data and present ideas and information effectively
- Ability to prioritize, manage, and respond to a high volume of emails
- Experience entering data into databases and/or other data tracking systems and generating reports
- Flexibility in meeting changing priorities and ability to handle a variety of assignments under occasional stressful conditions

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Smartsheets, and experience utilizing different databases
