Insight Global is seeking an Associate Operations Coordinator to join a logistics team in Eden Prairie. This candidate will be jumping in to a fast-paced environment coordinating temperature controlled shipments throughout the country. The first 2 weeks will consist of training where you will learn how to set appointments, provide shipment information, create orders, activate shipments, build loads, tracking and tracing shipments and invoicing. During training you will work Mon-Fri from 8a-5p, once training is complete you will be working 8 hour shifts Mon-Fri between the hours of 7a-5p, Fridays will be remote.
This role is paying $20/hr.

Professional experience in Microsoft office

Basic Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Previous customer service experience.
Logistics, call center or similar environment experience.
Demonstrated communication, prioritization, and time management skills.
Prior work experience that required attention to detail and accuracy.
