The Role:

As an Associate Paid Media Manager, you'll be at the forefront of social media advertising, supporting our Social Pricing & Activation team in various pre and post-sale activities. This is your chance to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, creative environment!

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Paid Media Managers on campaign setup and execution across platforms like Meta Ads Manager, Snap Ads Manager, and DV360
• Lead optimization efforts and recommend program modifications
• Build comprehensive client-facing campaign reports with KPI metrics and post-level analysis
• Manage social insights using 3rd Party Vendors and support tagging for tracking
• Conduct quarterly organic brand reach reviews impacting go-to-market pricing
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to achieve common goals

Must-Haves:

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong team player mentality
• Dependability and flexibility for on-call duties during holidays
• 2+ years experience in social media and paid marketing
• Proficiency in social platform tools (Meta Ads Manager, DV360, Snapchat Ads Manager, X)
• Understanding of social media analysis and performance tracking
• Polished presentation skills
• Knowledge of digital media business and marketing principles

Preferred Qualifications:

• BA or BS degree
• Analytics, sales, and/or agency background

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $40 to $45/hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
