Associate Partner - Business Consulting (Workforce Transformation Practice)
Infosys Consulting's Workforce Transformation (WX) practice is seeking an experienced Management Consultant at an Associate Partner Level who will assist in the leadership and delivery of OCM, Learning, Agile Transformation and Human Capital Management (HCM) services . The successful applicant will have experience selling, developing, and implementing workforce transformation services for our clients, with an industry depth in the Utilities sector.

Responsibilities:

• Business Development
• Client Delivery
  • Delivery management: Manage one or more complex programs concurrently.
  • Client relationship management: Manage client interactions and expectations on key accounts; advise based on subject matter expertise; identify and address client needs.
  • Individual and team management: Track and direct performance against objectives; create an atmosphere of trust and collaboration; encourage improvement and innovation.
• Thought leadership that continues to enhance Infosys' brand plus methods, tools and templates in the workforce transformation space.
• Practice development and practice building: Contribute materially to growth and development of Infosys Consulting's WX practice including recruiting, mentoring, and developing resources.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required.
• Ability to travel 4 days a week to multiple local, state and national client locations.
• U.S. citizens and those currently authorized to work in the U.S.
• At least 15 years of workforce transformation experience and at least 8 years of consulting experience
• Industry experience selling and delivering programs in the Utilities sector

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's preferred (MBA, HR/HCM, Organizational Behavior)
• Previous experience leading and delivering workforce transformation services for a big 4 consultancy
• Ability to interact at all levels of client organizations.
• Strong executive presence with excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Great listener who is humble yet confident with his/her abilities
• Strategic thinker who pays attention to detail, but isn't afraid to roll up his/her sleeves and do what is required to get the job done
• Creative problem solver
• Passion for transforming our clients' businesses to unlock value for their shareholders, clients, and partners.
• Ability to work as part of a cross-cultural team, including flexibility to support multiple time zones.
• Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and MPP skills
• Project management skills
