As a CBRE Moves Analyst, you will oversee the administrative assistance and implementation support of the Moves, Additions, and Changes team in the delivery of projects.
This job is part of the Moves, Additions and Changes function. They are responsible for building space design, construction, and moving services.
This position will be located on-site one of our client's locations in San Jose, CA

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Associate Project Mgr/Moves Analyst position is $75,000.000 annually [or $36.05 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Associate Project Mgr/Moves Analyst position is $90,000 annually [or $43.27 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.

What you'll do
- Interact directly with clients to define project requirements. Prepares scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimate & budget, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
- Identifies project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists; Conducts simple request for proposals; completes bid analysis with management support. Recommends resources to clients.
- Leads project delivery resources/team (typically smaller team) providing project mentorship and direction to achieve project goals.
- Implements communication plan for meetings and written reports/meeting minutes to keep client and project resources advised. Facilitates project meetings.
- Implements project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements. Ensures project data integrity and documentation is accurate, timely and coordinated.
- Tracks progress of each project against goals, objectives, approved budgets, approved timelines. Reports status and variances. Creates action plans to meet objectives, budget and schedule.
- Implements change management routines to assess change requests, make recommendations, secure Client approvals, and issue change orders. Assesses change requests to determine impacts to scope, budget, schedule, quality and risk with management support.
- Implements standard risk management routines with management support, to identify project risks, develop risk mitigation and contingency plans, and implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks. Other duties as assigned.
- Manages 3rd party project delivery resources/team Responsible for tracking performance and motivating team members.

- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS/BEng/BArch) from College or University preferred and/or equivalent related experience.
- Proven experience of working with AutoCAD
- Experience of one or more CAFM systems (e.g. Archibus, Accordant, Manhattan etc.)
- Proven experience of CAD space planning, preferably within a corporate environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Power Point
- Able to read & process floor plan/drawings/blueprints
- Prior Project Management experience needed. PMP and LEED Certifications preferred
