An employer in San Diego is looking for a mid-level Project Manager to join the hybrid onsite team. As a mid-level project manager, they will be responsible for leading end-to-end projects, ensuring successful delivery of solutions for client-facing applications. The PM will plan project scope, allocate resources (including personnel, tools, and processes), and manage workload fluctuations. They must be able to anticipate roadblocks and proactively communicate, plan, and manage scope changes. ERP implementation will be the primary focus around the projects this PM will oversee.

Required Skills & Experience

5-10 years of experience in project management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Project for project planning and tracking.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Familiarity with Azure DevOps and Jira as project management tools.
Knowledge of waterfall methodology.
